I had issues with the ventilation even pre-pandemic so I am weary about returning. I agree with everyone that Synergy is barebones and the customer service is lacking. Where was this communication service when COVID hit? Anyway, I called the 1-800 number and they clarified that the I owed 62.69 for my annual fee (normally charged in June, but I guess they decided to "wait" until September) and $36.59 for my monthly expense. I also received a text message with an abbreviated message of the email today. I created an account today - the first time I've ever been able to get my billing info online for Synergy - and looked into my details. Not only that but it claimed my credit card on file was declined so it felt very collection agency even though it's just a third party billing system.
Over the weekend I received a notice via email from ABC Financial about an overdue amount of $99.28 for Synergy.
